Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NobbyPlus, operated by Topettop Ltd, a software development company registered in England and Wales under company number 11359078 (“NobbyPlus”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NobbyPlus.

NobbyPlus is intended for use by children under adult supervision. Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account, and must be at least 18 years old. The registering parent is the account holder and is responsible for all activity on the account, including any child profiles created under it, and for keeping their login details and any child PINs confidential.

NobbyPlus provides 11+ exam preparation content, including practice questions, mock exams, an AI Tutor, downloadable worksheets, and progress tracking, across English, Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning. We aim to keep content accurate and aligned to the exam boards we list, but we do not guarantee that using NobbyPlus will result in a place at any particular school, and content may be updated, added to, or occasionally corrected over time.

The AI Tutor is an automated learning aid powered by artificial intelligence. It is designed to guide a child toward understanding, not simply give answers, but like any AI system it can occasionally produce an incorrect, incomplete, or oddly phrased response. The AI Tutor is not a substitute for a qualified human tutor, teacher, or educational professional, and parents should supervise its use, particularly for younger children.

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any child PINs confidential
• You must tell us promptly at hello@nobbyplus.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being misused or has provided false information

NobbyPlus offers a free Starter plan with limited access, and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Elite) billed either monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a monthly billing period.

If you subscribe to an annual plan, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund. Outside this 14-day window, we do not offer refunds for the unused part of an annual subscription, but you will never be charged again after you cancel.

If you download any premium content (such as a practice paper or worksheet) at any point during this 14-day window, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and agree that you waive your right to a refund under this window from the moment that download begins, in line with the digital content provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You agree not to:

• Use NobbyPlus for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another family's account or data
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell NobbyPlus content, including downloaded practice papers, beyond personal use within your own family
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying systems
• Use the AI Tutor to attempt to extract harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

All content on NobbyPlus — including questions, passages, explanations, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to NobbyPlus and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own family's educational purposes; it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to NobbyPlus if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case, where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice.

NobbyPlus is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including exam results or school admission outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the website before the changes take effect.
